Nickel-iron alloys are characterized by relatively high permeability, low core losses and low residual magnetism.
Their overall high saturation flux density means high-performance energy storage and transfer over low to middle frequencies. They can be used as a magnetic core material in electrical and electronic equipment and also in magnetic shielding applications. We can offer these alloys in precision wire, either round or flat, from diameters between 0.05mm and 12mm.
With our experience in this field, together with our partner JLC, we can provide the expertise to our customers on how to process these alloys as well as material selection and characteristics.
From 0.05mm to 12.0mm (round)
From 0.05mm (flat) Up to 6mm Temperature
